ALL PERMISSION SLIPS DUE Friday, February 3
Attached you will find the link to the MASTER PERMISSION SLIP for World Language Week 2012. Please take note of the ONLINE REGISTRATION process. We are doing our best to accommodate over 800 students and space is limited for many events. As a result of limited space, understand that if a student is signed up and does not attend the event, he or she will be deducted the amount of points possible.
SIGN UP PROCEDURE
1. Read through the workshop descriptions carefully
2. On the Permission Slip, CHECK ALL workshops you may attend
3. You must have a Signed Permission Slip on file to receive the webpage for the Online Registration
4. The window for ONLINE REGISTRATION will be open
Saturday Feb 4th @ Noon through Sunday Feb 5th 8pm
5. You may sign up for ONE small workshop and ONE large workshop
**If more sports are open after the initial registration window, students will be notified of a second window.
WORKSHOP REMINDERS
1. MUST have permission slip online to register. If found to have registered without permission slip on file, the
student will be removed from the workshop.
2. Workshops are worth 20 points a piece. You may sign up for ONE small and ONE large
3. DOUBLE CHECK your schedule...Doctors appointments, practices and games
4. Students will be DEDUCTED all points that could have been earned if a student
a) arrives late b.) does not show up c.) is asked to leave
5. FYI: February is notorious for SNOW DAYS!!! If you are signed up for a workshop and there is a snow day on
that day, YOU are responsible to make up those points with other activities. Plan Accordingly, PLAN AHEAD!!!
